Contract Type: Permanent Part-time (0.8 WTE) Contract Hours: 30 hrs per week Salary Scale: €53,468 to €63,401 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement : 34 - 37 days pro rata per annum (Dependent on years’ service) and proportionately less for less than 12 months service. Overview of the Post: To provide clinical leadership and operational support across Adult Day Services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred, evidence-based nursing care to adults with physical and sensory disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Intellectual Disability. The post holder will support nursing staff, promote best clinical practice, oversee clinical governance and quality improvement, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective and responsive services in line with Enable Ireland's ethos, New Directions and professional standards Key Working Relationships : Enable Ireland delivers services using the social model of disability and has a wide range of stakeholders with whom strong professional relationships need to be forged and fostered on an ongoing basis. Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: Please see Job Description for full list The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: · A recognised validated University Degree or an equivalent qualification in Nursing. · Are registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI]. And · Have at least 3 years post registration fulltime experience (or an aggregate of 3 years post registration full time experience) of which 1 year post registration full time experience (or an aggregate of 1 years post registration full time experience) must be in working with children with disabilities, (physical disability, autism, learning disability) and their families. And · Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role. And · Candidates must demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development. · On appointment, Practitioners must maintain live annual registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland. · Be eligible to work in the state. · Hold full clean drivers licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
