The Office Administrator will work closely with the management team to ensure all office functions run efficiently and business needs are met. Role and Responsibilities Duties will include but not be limited to; Travel & Accommodation · Booking process / procedure · Best options · Bookings order tracker · Monthly Reports – notice given / quantity of travel / costs / trends etc · Receipts to accounts · Accurate costs to QS’s Vehicle Management · Vehicle register creation & management – owned & hired · Fuel card register creation & management · eFlow tag register creation & management · Servicing Maintenance register creation & management · MOT / Tax Register creation & management · Servicing & maintenance tracking / ordering / update · Short term hire to cover servicing etc · Monthly inspections – driver to complete · Monthly report Office Management · Office Facilities Management · Update of registers in line with purchases · New starts – equipment / IT access / workspace / scanning all paperwork · Leavers – return of equipment · Asset register – phones / laptops / screens etc · Management of IT service requests – track of same for costs · Booking & sourcing of Training courses.
