Additionally, demonstrate reliability and professionalism by consistently delivering high standard grooms. · Sanitisation and Cleanliness - Maintaining a clean and organized grooming area, including disinfecting equipment, washing towels and grooming tools, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for dogs and staff. · Product Knowledge - Maximizing Revenue through Grooming Services Promotion and combine this service with providing expert advice to support the sale of own-brand products. What you'll do Data Protection• Act as Data Protection Officer and ensure the business is compliant with GDPR and relevant Data Protection legislation• To work with Lidl International and other Lidl countries on data protection matters to ensure ongoing compliance• Responsible for completing and assessing Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland’s Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) under Art 30 GDPR• Using appropriate measures to ensure that all employees involved in processing personal data are knowledgeable of the legislation and Lidl policies and procedures.• Reviewing and drafting of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), privacy policies and provision of data protection advices to various departments within Lidl organisation. • Completing internal and external data protection audits to assess data security concepts and technical and organisational measures (TOMs) to ensure adherence to our Lidl policies and procedures. • Review, advise and comply with Subject Access Requests (SARs) in respect to CCTV and other forms of personal data. • Investigate data breaches and liaise with Data Protection Commission (DPC) on a variety of topics • To manage the data protection risk register, data retention schedules and all other relevant data protection requirements• Work closely with Information Security Officer (ISO) and their team to provide appropriate data protection advices to the business with respect to a variety of projects• To provide training on data protection to the relevant stakeholders Contract Law • Draft, review, negotiate, advise on and administer a broad range of standard and non-standard contracts• Create sample contracts for various contractual scenarios and business functions General Legal Services • Provide timely, sound legal advice to various business units on a range of legal queries including but not limited to consumer/retail law, competition law, advertising law, commercial property law, trademark law, H&S and employment law, anti-corruption/anti-bribery legislation• Administer, maintain, review and update relevant registrations and records applicable to Lidl under company law • Monitor legislative changes in Irish/European law and relevant case law with a view to update affected business areas and key stakeholders on these changes and developments• Liaise with external legal advisers and legal firms. Pharmacy Manager Job description - Manage, oversee and be responsible for the running of the pharmacy in line with all Company and industry regulations. - Have a Professional and ethical approach to work and strive to deliver on all aspects of the Pharmacy department. - Fulfil all statutory and professional duties expected of the Pharmacy and comply with the PSNI code of ethics and legal obligations. - Log all dispensing errors in accordance with Company procedures, ensure they are rectified and plans implemented to prevent reoccurrence. - Dispense prescription medication to patients checking dosage and ensuring all medicines are correctly and safely labelled and supplied. - Supervise the safe preparations of medicines and liaise with doctors to ensure accuracy and prevent risk. - Arrange safe delivery of prescription medications for those patients unable to attend the pharmacy. - Ensure that the controlled drugs register is maintained with accuracy for legal purposes and that confidentiality of customers, Company policies and statistics are maintained at all times and in accordance with Data Protection. - Act promptly to all communications and communicate to your team and action any directives from Head Office immediately. - Ensure that the branch is open for trading and the dispensing of prescriptions during registered opening hours, whilst ensuring that a pharmacist is on the premises at all times during these hours. You and your team must be conversant with the Company Policy regarding customer complaints and deal with them in a timely and efficiently manner. - Have the desire for ongoing self development, attending courses and the completion of the requisite amount of CPD as laid down by the PSNI is paramount. You must keep up to date with current Pharmacy practices, new drugs and their purpose. - Ensure general housekeeping of the Pharmacy including Health and Safety, encourage team work, ensure accurate completion of paperwork and attend meetings as and when required. You Should: - Be a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland. - Have previous experience working in a community pharmacy. - Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident in working with other people. - Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have a commercial awareness of the area you are working in. - Flexibility with regards to travel and hours of work are essential. You must be registered as a Pharmacist with the PSNI.
