ABOUT THE ROLE About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join the Finance leadership team at Sysco Ireland. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining a strong control environment and developing a high-performing finance team while supporting the continued evolution of the finance function. This role is being recruited during a significant period of transformation as Sysco Ireland implements Microsoft Dynamics 365, one of the largest change programmes undertaken by the finance function. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to both the day-to-day leadership of the department and the longer-term development of the finance organisation. Key Responsibilities Financial Control Working in a Transforming Finance Function Sysco Ireland is currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, a major transformation programme that will shape how the finance function operates for years to come. Over the next 12 months, supporting this implementation will be a key priority for the successful candidate. As the programme progresses and the new ERP system becomes embedded, responsibilities across the finance leadership team are expected to evolve to reflect new processes, technologies and ways of working. Accordingly, this role has been designed with flexibility in mind. The successful candidate should be excited by the opportunity to work in a changing environment, embrace new challenges and be willing to adapt their remit as the finance function continues to evolve.
