Senior Process Engineer
Job Overview The Manufacturing, Science and Technology function is responsible for leading cross functional teams in identifying the root cause of out of specification results, investigating and resolving production issues to ensure product quality and process reliability, monitoring of process data to identify trends, execute process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and working in partnership with R&D to transfer and scale up new products into commercial manufacturing. The Senior Process Engineer role will involve working with key manufacturing principles such as continuous process improvement, problem solving, product responsibility as well as new product introduction (NPI). Monitor all process parameters impacting product quality in responsible suites. Work alongside R&D and Process Validations to identify Critical Process Parameters and develop trending of Critical Process Parameters for commercial manufacturing. Work in a continuous improvement capacity, always striving to better and standardise the process in the most effective way possible. You will be responsible for leading OOS investigations, determining root cause and implementing Corrective Actions to prevent reoccurrence. The role will require effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, manufacturing teams, quality teams, engineering teams, R&D and customers. Director Of Finance People And Governance
To assist the Agency in delivering its remit to improve employment relations in Northern Ireland, in line with its vision and values. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will contribute to the development of Agency policy and the delivery of the Corporate Plan to improve employment relations (both internally and externally), promote best employment practice and resolve workplace disputes through the delivery of quality, impartial and independent services. As Director, the post-holder is accountable for the effective, efficient, sustainable and economic management of the Agency’s corporate services. These include business support; communications, finance; human resources; information and communications technology; premises, facilities and service management; and statutory compliance. Ensuring the highest standards of data protection compliance throughout the organisation is key to this role. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Member of the Senior Leadership Team (and wider Senior Management Team), and contributor to strategic and operational delivery. Attendance at Board meetings and ensuring effective secretariat support to the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee and Finance and Personnel Committee. These include the preparation and presentation of papers regarding the Directorate. Effective leadership and management of the Directorate’s staff and resources in line with the Agency’s values and the principles of Investors in People. Effective development and management of the Directorate’s (business support; communications, finance; human resources; information and communications technology; premises, facilities and service management; and statutory compliance) to meet customer/stakeholder needs.
