Head Of Psychology
Head of Psychology, CRC Clontarf Permanent, Full Time The Head of Psychology will lead and be responsible for the effective delivery of a quality psychology services to children and adults with complex disability via our Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) and our enhanced complex care pathways. Psychology services include assessment, interventions, consultation, research, education and support. Such psychological services will be delivered in line with CRC strategy and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy. The Head of Psychology will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the CRC strategy including a key focus on developing services in the areas of autism and neurodiversity. This dynamic leader will lead the re-pivoting and expansion of our services to encompass more than just physical disabilities. The Head of Psychology will be a key leader of clinical staff in delivering the CRC’s ambition for service delivery. The successful candidate must be familiar with all relevant national policies and also have the following essential requirements: · Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field. · Extensive experience in working with individuals with disability · Extensive experience in working with individuals with autism and neurodiversity. · Proven track record of strategic leadership and service transformation. · Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices. · Experience in research and innovation within the field of psychology. It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post. The successful applicant will work 15 hours per week from 9:00-5:30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Both trainee and qualified dental nurses are more than welcome to apply! The Summer Student Operatives will work as part of the operations team, reporting to the area production manager. Responsibilities The Summer Student Operative will be responsible for all aspects of plant performance, product quality and plant hygiene, and will perform general operational duties across our various production plants to the highest safety standards. Successful candidates will be required to work on assigned day, evening or night shifts, depending on operational requirements. Key Requirements Students must:• Be available for the placement (May – September 2026)• Have a full driving licence and full time access to a car (or a way of getting to the site for the duration of the placement)• Be willing to work to shift schedules (which can include weekend and night work)
