Head of Psychology, CRC Clontarf Permanent, Full Time The Head of Psychology will lead and be responsible for the effective delivery of a quality psychology services to children and adults with complex disability via our Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) and our enhanced complex care pathways. Psychology services include assessment, interventions, consultation, research, education and support. Such psychological services will be delivered in line with CRC strategy and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy. The Head of Psychology will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the CRC strategy including a key focus on developing services in the areas of autism and neurodiversity. This dynamic leader will lead the re-pivoting and expansion of our services to encompass more than just physical disabilities. The Head of Psychology will be a key leader of clinical staff in delivering the CRC’s ambition for service delivery. The successful candidate must be familiar with all relevant national policies and also have the following essential requirements: · Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field. · Extensive experience in working with individuals with disability · Extensive experience in working with individuals with autism and neurodiversity. · Proven track record of strategic leadership and service transformation. · Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices. · Experience in research and innovation within the field of psychology.
