We currently have a vacancy for an Apprentice Fitter to join our team. Apprenticeship: Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitter M.A.M.F. (4-year apprenticeship) The company operates the 4 year SOLAS approved training programme comprising of on-the-job training with courses designed to lead to a National Craft Certificate in the above trade. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of achieving a qualification for a rewarding and interesting career while working in a modern manufacturing environment. On completion of this four-year apprenticeship, you will become a fully qualified mechanical automation and maintenance fitter, with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitting. HR Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Jigsaw is at an exciting stage of continued growth and development as we work towards delivering an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported. As the organisation continues to evolve, the HR function plays a critical role in supporting our people, culture and organisational effectiveness. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and direction across the HR function. Working closely with the Director of People and Culture, the role will lead the implementation of best practice HR Policy, providing advice in relation to HR support, Recruitment and Employee Relations issues. They also have responsibility for training and development of both staff and managers, and overseeing a Performance Development system for the organisation. This is a practical, hands-on operational role requiring a highly experienced HR professional with strong generalist expertise and the ability to translate organisational priorities into effective people solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employee relations, organisational development, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning and change management within a complex and evolving environment. As a proactive and collaborative HR leader, you will build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, supporting managers and teams to create an inclusive, values driven culture where employees feel supported, engaged and empowered to deliver meaningful outcomes for young people.
