Key Responsibilities - Garden machinery & ATV sales (also including spare parts sales for both), including the valuation of trade-ins. - Ordering of garden machinery & ATV stock (both wholegoods and spare parts). - Merchandising of the garden machinery/ATV section of the Fermoy shop to ensure a comprehensive and attractive display. - Invoice spare part sales & service work - Delivery and collection of machines to and from customers. - Basic garden machinery & ATV servicing/repair/refurbishment, both onsite and offsite, to ensure an expedient customer service (in conjunction with a dedicated service resource). - Marketing of the Fermoy garden machinery & ATV business, including listing used machinery on the company website. - Cover for the garden machinery & ATV service person when out. - (Potentially) Point of contact for farm machinery yard sales at the Fermoy outlet - (Potentially) Installation of robot mowers Performance Measures - Department sales & profit - Stock turns & value old stock - Shop & workshop tidiness - Customer complaints Qualifications - Garden machinery and/or ATV service experience an advantage. - Full driving license required. Skills/Attributes: · Systematic & structured troubleshooting / problem solving skills. · Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems. · Adherence to change management procedures and cGMP requirements. · Good written and oral communication skills. · Ability to work well in a team environment. · High level of safe working practices and awareness. · Computer literate with MS Office skills. Job Specifications: · The minimum education and experience required to perform this job competently. · The successful candidate will have Level 6, Level 7 or Level 8 HETAC qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical / Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar. · Qualified trades personnel with industrial experience will also be considered. (Electrical must be trade qualified) · 3 years + experience in high volume automation / robotics required. · Experience in a Healthcare medical device manufacturing environment highly desirable. · Experience in Pneumatics, Electronics, Hydraulics, Programmable Controllers, Servo Motor drives, Vision systems, Ultrasonic welding, workshop machining desirable. · Understanding of Process Capability. · Understanding of MSA or GR&R. · Experience in leading process improvement projects in medical device environment. · Experience in FAT, SAT, IOPQ of automated assembly lines.
