Procurement Support: • Assist in the preparation and issuing purchase orders. • Support the Procurement team in sourcing suppliers and managing supplier relationships. • Review and compare supplier quotes to ensure best value for the company. 2. Supplier Management: • Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies. • Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier records. • Assist in evaluating supplier bids and proposals. 3. Project Coordination: • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project requirements and timelines. • Track procurement milestones to ensure alignment with project schedules. • Provide regular updates on procurement status to relevant stakeholders. 4. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence. • Assist in compiling procurement reports and metrics. • Support the team in audit and compliance activities. 5. Cost Management: • Assist in monitoring and controlling procurement budgets. • Support cost analysis to identify savings opportunities. 6. Process Improvement: • Participate in initiatives to streamline procurement processes. • Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and sustainability in procurement activities.
