Trainee Pest Control Technician (Wanted in Locations Throughout Ireland) Experience is not required! Are you looking for a career change?? This is a new one-off opportunity not to be missed! Our Client is a local reputable Irish Pest Control business wanting to expand their professional services in your area!! As part of the job, you will be provided with industry-leading training to the Irish PMU legal licencing standards. You will get massive brand and marketing support. Once trained, you will have the freedom to manage your diary and availability, as well as an  uncapped earning potential  which you are in control of. You will eventually become one of our Local Pest Control Technicians, you will operate in your local, building your business and your reputation. This is a part-time job with flexibility that helps supplement your existing income, as it grows you will want this to be your only career, say hello to an exciting new chapter in your career! What you will get? You will get approximately €30 a call-out visit potentially earning up to €150 within an hour plus monthly commission. You will be provided all the equipment and pest control products for free as required by you on a regular basis. You will undertake Irish Industry Pest Control training for  FREE  ensuring you are at the very highest legal standard before you start. You will be supervised during the induction phase until you are competent to attend jobs using your own van. Your Pest Control knowledge and skills will be supported via an annual continual professional development. You will be given career expansion opportunities. You will be required to work as self-employed, typically once established earning on average €2,000-€4,000 per month (Once Fully operational) There is no glass ceiling, the busier you are the more you earn. What can you expect when you become a local Pest Control Expert? - Your earning potential is uncapped across all the services we offer✅ - You will receive a lucrative additional sales commission you directly bring in the company, this payment is added on top of your monthly service contracts. - Only have to serve your designated area not having to travel any more than 50 KM (30 miles) radius from where you live. -Attend pest control visits for residential homes, farms, and local food businesses in the area -Flexibility to manage your own schedule in accordance with the client’s code of practice What does our Client look for in a Flexible Pest Control Technician? - Someone who genuinely loves their customers and enjoys supporting them. Focused on people, not just pests! -You must have access to  your own van  (An essential requirement for the job, however, if you don’t have a van our client can direct you on the best options available to source a van) - A strong desire to be successful and help grow your own business area - Reliable, overwhelming passion and enthusiasm -Comply with all Health and Safety procedures for the job -Basic natural sales ability is required for the job to help maximise your earning potential -Educated to  Leaving Cert  standard or equivalent. - Great all-around communication skills. -Ability to answer your mobile throughout the day to client calls. -Ability to write pest reports to a high professional standard. - Attend Pest control jobs within the day and in the evening. -Availability and flexibility at least 3 evenings a week to work including afternoon during the week and free all day on a Saturday. -Ability to use new technology and ability to use our clients-bespoke company field technology software via Apple iPhone.
