We have an exciting Trainee opportunity in our Operations Team working across Kerry Ingredients in Listowel, Charleville & Newmarket. The opportunity as an Operations Trainee will give you the responsibility to learn, co-ordinate and drive the delivery of operational targets, initiatives and improvements at one of our manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Production Manager, we are looking for enthusiastic Trainees who can demonstrate leadership qualities and see this as the start of their career journey within Operations at Kerry. Key responsibilities You will gain exposure working Internally with the Site Manager, Factory Manager, Production Manager and Operators. Key measurements for success within our Operations are: • Safety culture: No Lost time accident • Quality: adherence to the Site and Quality Standards • Production: management of costs and adherence to schedule • People Management: Reporting on performance, conduct investigations as required, monitor absenteeism, internal training completed as planned and required. • External Stakeholders will be Cluster Operations Lead, Operations Finance and HR Teams.
