The Assistant Manager will work with the existing management team to maximise sales of our extensive Food to go Business. The Food to Go business is the heart of the Store and involves the preparation and sale of Hot Food, Soup, Tea/Coffee, and a large selection of sandwiches, wraps, and fresh salads , prepared daily in-store. Of course there will be other duties, including oversight of the Grocery, Dairy, Paper and Magazine, Confectionary, Soft drinks, Gift departments, and a seated Tea Coffee and food area.
